I was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I first accepted Jesus Christ on May 18, 1975 and was baptized in September of that same year. I first received the call to ministry in 1999 where I served as Worship Leader and Associate Pastor at River Oaks Community Church from 1999-2007.

I was familiar with 180 Degrees Ministries® for several years, but never really understood the extent of the ministry until this past year. In March of 2007, God began using this ministry to teach me and my wife some things that would ultimately revolutionize our relationship with Him. After going through the program on three separate occasions, we can honestly say that our lives have now been radically transformed!

These teachings have given us a whole new perspective on who God is and who we are in Him! Not only did we learn about who God is and who we are, but we also learned about His processes. The knowledge of these truths has since opened the door for Angela and I to have a real dynamic and intimate relationship with God! In the fall of 2007, God placed a desire in my heart to come along side this ministry and join Him in the work He is so evidently doing.

I believe God wants me to provide this ministry with a framework of worship that will be built upon for years to come. I believe He has called me to create an intimate worship environment for Himself; a place where people can come as they are and commune with Him in Spirit and in Truth. God has not only called me to this ministry but He has called my wife here as well. She too has answered the call and is now volunteering with the ministry in several different capacities. We are so honored to have an opportunity to serve our God through this ministry, and we look forward to serving you in any way that we can!

Purpose statement:

My purpose is to be in an intimate relationship with God and for any value I have to be used up and spent for His glory.

Mission statement:

I exist for intimacy with God my Father, and to magnify Him so that He may draw others unto Himself and into intimacy and freedom.

Philosophy in life:

Intimacy with God is the foundation for everything.
